Scott graduated from the Glasgow School of Shiatsu in 2004 after 3 years of training with a Diploma in Shiatsu Therapy.



After working as a shiatsu practitioner for several years Scott joined the Barral Institute UK with his wife Alison and began training extensively in Visceral and Neural Manipulation to expand the therapies he could make available to patients.



He went on to study Bruno Chikly’s Lymph Drainage Therapy working closely with the instructors of this approach and followed this learning Kinesiology through The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in London.



In practice Scott utilises each of the aforementioned therapies to tailor a specific approach working with the individual needs of each patient.



Scott has had a lengthy interest in using audio therapy both himself and with patients and studied Brainwave Entrainment techniques with Transparent Corporation in the US.



In clinic Scott will do separate audio therapy sessions with patients where you will receive a custom soundtrack tailored to your requirements aimed at promoting relaxation and other beneficial states.



Scott now runs the clinic with Alison, together they enjoy spending time with their family along with running the Barral Institute’s UK branch delivering training to healthcare professionals in Visceral Manipulation. In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time exploring Scotland’s mountains.
