Systemic Psychotherapy

The way we live, respond, care, cope and make sense of things is shaped by many influences such as our relationships, upbringing, beliefs and values. Systemic psychotherapy explores how these parts of life connect and affect one another so you can better understand what is troubling you and why.

Individuals

Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or perhaps curious about repeating patterns in your life and / or relationships, individual therapy offers a space to reflect, explore and make sense of your thoughts and emotions.

Couples

Every couple brings their own history - the stories created together and the stories you carry separately. Sometimes those stories begin to clash or no longer fit the life you are trying to build. In couples’ therapy, problems can be de-constructed to make room for more hopeful and preferred ways of thinking and relating.

Families

Families often come to therapy when they feel stuck - when communication has broken down, when there is no shared understanding of the problem or when conversations feel too difficult to have.

Every person is supported to better understand the experiences and feelings of others while also having their own voice heard. The therapist will acknowledge your family’s strengths and explore more constructive and respectful ways of being with one another.
